Error log

    Rank Math free

    Hi,

I’m new to RankMath but really enjoyed it so far. What I was curious about was the error log near the end of setup/options. If I understood correctly my site has over 17 000 errors? Here’s the short text near the end of the setup page: error_log (17.8K)

The copy-paste version is attached in the sensitive data below. *EDIT* No it is not, I got an error that the site has blocked me once I tried to attach it. I can give it trough email if needed.

    Thank you in advance!

    BR, Jonas

  • Hello,

Thank you for contacting the support, and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

You may paste the error log here https://pastebin.com/ and share the URL in the Sensitive Data section.

Looking forward to helping you on this one.

    Hello,

That was faster than I anticipated, thank you for a quick reply 🙂

    Here’s the pastebin link: https://pastebin.com/bfmq9cqx

    Hello,

It seems you have a database table for your analytics that isn’t properly created.

Could you please confirm if you are currently using Rank Math’s Analytics Module?

If you are, please head over to your WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Status & Tools > Database Tools and click on the button “Re-create Table” to re-create database tables that are missing.

If the issue persists, reconnect the Analytics account, to regenerate a new auth token from Google, by going to WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > General Settings > Analytics and configure the Analytics settings:
    reconnect

Do ensure all permissions are allowed: https://rankmath.com/kb/connect-your-google-account/

Let us know how that goes. Looking forward to helping you with this one.

    Hi,

The problem still exists after the required tasks.

Analytics is coming from GTM, is that a problem?

    Hello,

The only error related to Rank Math is about a missing table from the Analytics module, more specifically the GSC table that is missing.

You can check if the table is created by going to WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Status & Tools > System Status > Rank Math.

In case the steps illustrated earlier didn’t create the table we might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress & FTP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.

Please do take a complete backup of your website before sharing the information with us.
    Sensitive Data Section

It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:

You can use the above plugin in conjunction with the WP Security Audit Log to monitor what changes our staff might make on your website (if any):

We really look forward to helping you.

    Hello,

I have updated the sensitive data as requested. Can you please check further?

    Thank you.

    Backup done, ready for inspection!

    Hello,

We checked the website and the table was already created so this must be an older error prior to the fix.

After this point, you shouldn’t see any more errors come up about that missing database table on your website.

The old errors will remain in the log.

Don’t hesitate to get in touch if you have any other questions.

    Perfect, thank you!

    Hello,

    Glad that helped.

Please feel free to reach out to us again in case you need any other assistance.

    We are here to help.

    Thank you.
