  • Hello,

Thank you for contacting Rank Math and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

I can confirm that there are no schema errors on the AMP version of your Homepage. Please purge all your site and server cache and then validate the fix on your search console dashboard and let us know if the validation goes through successfully.

Looking forward to helping you. Thank you.

I’m afraid it didn’t help clearing the cache. Validation failed again. I also tried with AMP caching set to off.
It’s strange because I am using the AMP plugin for some time now without any problems and the issue appeared when I switched to RankMath and then created a blog section form my website.

    Hello,

Then we might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.
    Sensitive Data Section

It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:

    https://wordpress.org/plugins/temporary-login-without-password/

You can use the above plugin in conjunction with the WP Security Audit Log to monitor what changes our staff might make on your website (if any):

    https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-security-audit-log/

We really look forward to helping you.

    Hello,

I have updated the sensitive data as requested. Can you please check further?

    Thank you.

    Hello,

    Any news on this?

    Hello,

I checked the entire website, including the plugins’ configurations but I have not able to find any error nor issue. I tried in in the Google Structured Data Debugger Tool and even with other online validators like https://validator.ampproject.org/

So it may be a false positive. I can suggest you several things: 1) try using another AMP plugin, just to see if this fixes the issue. 2) if you are able to get more details about it on the Google Search Console, let us know and we will check it.

    Looking forward to help you.

Can you suggest another AMP plugin that you know it’s compatible with RankMath?

    Hello,

The AMP for WP and the official AMP plugin work great with Rank Math.

There are some others as well but you can’t go wrong with the above two.

You are already using the AMP for WP. Please allow a couple of weeks for GSC to flush their entire cache of your website. If you continue to face the issue even after that, we will revisit this issue.

As you can see in the live testing tools, there are not issues. So, it has to be an old issue that GSC is still reporting.

    Do keep us posted.

    OK, will do.
Two other things that came up:
    – I get the “We are searching in database.” in a new article I posted and it has stayed there for quite a while (couple of hours). I hope that does not have any negative impact on the article itself.
    – My articles are written in Greek, and in the same article as above, I get the warning “At least one paragraph is long. Consider using short paragraphs.” while none of my paragraphs are over 120 words. Does RankMath have issues identifying greek words?

    Hello,

About the first question; no, it has no negative impact in your article, it is just Rank Math scanning all your articles.

About the second question; Rank Math shouldn’t have issues but we are studying it right now (due to a report we had) so we might confirm it soon (and if yes, release a fix).

    Looking forward to help you.

    Hello,

Since we did not hear back from you for 15 days, we are assuming that you found the solution. We are closing this support ticket.

If you still need assistance or any other help, please feel free to open a new support ticket, and we will be more than happy to assist.

    Thank you.
