    Hello,

Thanks for contacting us and we regret the inconvenience caused.

Since the last update, we count the secondary focus keywords towards the keyword density and that might be why you are seeing a higher number there.

You can read about the update in our changelog here: https://rankmath.com/changelog/#free

Please check if the primary, as well as the secondary focus keywords, combined, is appearing the number of times displayed in the Keyword Density test.

Let us know how that goes.

    Thank you.

Primary Keyword 3 times in content and secondary 2 Times but an error density 4 times.

    3 + 2 = 5 but not show

and focus keywords are different from each other.
    check URL and Clear.

    Hello,

Thank you for getting back to us.

Just want to add that the keyword density test now takes all variations of the focus keyword into account so you can also type the keywords in plural forms and Rank Math would be able to detect it. Earlier we only checked for exact matches. This could be the reason why your density is high as well.

Hope this clears things further. Please let us know if you have any other questions.

ok, I move to other plugins.

    Thank you

    Hello.

    Thank you for the feedback.

As a workaround, you can also opt to disable the keyword density test. These are usually just tests that are meant to guide you in your SEO analysis and you should not take this religiously.

You can use this code to disable this test:

In case you do not wish so you can change or balance the keywords in your content and the density will be standardized accordingly.

Hope this helps. Please let us know if you have any other questions.
    Thank you.
