Error in getting creator AI credits

    Hi 🙂 I made a mistake when I signed up for the Creator AI product. I thought I was on our business account, but as it turns out I signed up seperately. The account name for our business that the credits should go on is Dance Monkey Design. The account name and password I received is: joanna-2705/ wPxOCUXncAuu. Are you able to move this over to our business account? Please let me know what information you need. Thank you, JJ

    Please navigate to WP Dashboard > Rank Math SEO > Dashboard > Help and disconnect & reconnect your Rank Math account.

    After that, head over to WordPress Dashboard → Rank Math → General Settings → Content AI and refresh the credits. Here’s a screenshot for reference:

    Once done, please go back to using Content AI, and it should work without any issues.
