ERROR IN ANALYTICS SECTION WHEN SETTING UP

    Hello, I’m facing a problem when I try to set up RankMath. When I click plugins in my dashboard, I see RankMath Seo, and below that there is “setup wizard”.

    When I click on that, I can successfully do getting started,import and your site section.

    But in analytics section below search console part and analytics part, I can not see any information about my website. It’s all empty and I know it shouldn’t be like this..

    I tried to solve this problem so many times, even days..

    Please help me, thank you.

    To resolve the problem with the Analytics section, you can follow these steps:

    1. Make sure that the Search Console and Analytics modules are connected correctly. You can check this under Rank Math SEO โ†’ General Settings settings. Here is an image showing how the connected Analytics and Search Console should look like:

    2. After confirming the connection, scroll down the page and click on Delete Data in the Analytics Database section. Once deleted, click on Update Data manually. Your data will be fetched within a few minutes. Here is an image illustrating this step:

    3. Check for errors in the Search Console or any plugin conflicts by heading over to the Analytics page from Rank Math SEO โ†’ Analytics. You can do this by right-clicking on the page and clicking on Inspect Element. If there is an error due to a plugin conflict, we recommend running a plugin conflict check to see if the error goes away.     Hey, I have been trying to connect for days and days.. I’m facing a problem in the first step.My Search Console and Analytics modules can not be connected correctly. I have done everything, tried in other browsers as well. Still can’t connect them. The not is red, not green which means no connection. I tried to reconnect so many times still not working..     You can skip the Google connection process in the Setup Wizard and after completing the setup please try to follow the steps below and see if that works for you.

    1. Make sure that you have verified your website on Google Search Console, if not, follow this guide: https://rankmath.com/kb/google-site-verification/

    2. Please make sure that you are not connecting to Google Search Console via a domain property but rather a URL prefix and that you have verified the correct version of your website on the Google Search Console (HTTP or HTTPS, www or non-www).

    3. Please remove RankMath’s app from your Google apps permissions: https://myaccount.google.com/permissions

    4. Once done, reconnect the Google account again from WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > General Settings > Analytics and configure the Search Console and Analytics settings again.
