Please enable the Beta update by following this:

If you are unable to see an update, please clear Rank Math’s transients from:
WP Dashboard > Rank Math > Status & Tools > Database Tools > Remove Rank Math Transients > Remove transients
Please clear the caches, server, and WordPress after updating.
If the issue is still not resolved, please let us know.

As mentioned but has warning also so I cannot try Beta version on my LIVE Site.

With that said, I am not sure how you are editing the date based archives.
The score is there only for your reference anyway and doesn’t affect your actual rankings. Treat it only as a to-do list, nothing more. Don’t try to live by it and don’t follow the tests religiously. So, check the internal link manually if you believe Rank Math is not able to detect it for some reason.
