Error 5XX are server errors, so they are related to your hosting. Our recommendation would ask your web host to check them for you.
I’ve also found out that your site’s PHP time limit is set to 0. Could you please set that to 120 and check if the issue still persists?

In the php.ini file my time limit configuration is set to 300, however I put in the wp_config.php the php time limit configuration as well.
The problem still persists and only on the main multisite site.
In the rest the process works correctly.

Could you please check whether you have used either the %seo_title% or the %seo_description% variables on the Rank Math title and description for your products? These variables are only used for Headline and Description. You can use the %title% or %excerpt% variables on your SEO fields.
If not, could you please record a video screencast using a tool like Loom showing the issue and add the link in the designated Sensitive Data section?
Unfortunately, I’m unable to replicate the issue on my end. That will be helpful for us to investigate this issue further.

If we are using the goals that are generated for the title and description of the product, because the product is generated from an external dashboard.
We introduce these fields so that the customer can add the seo directly during the import of the product.

The 502 error is usually related to your server issues hence the reason my colleague recommended that you get in touch with your host provider.
It could also be that your Checkout page is corrupted, you may want to delete that page and create a new one. While creating a new checkout page and just put this shortcode on it [woocommerce_checkout] or reassign it under Woocommerce > Settings > Advance > Checkout page.
If this issue persists also check if your PHP timeouts occur and if a single PHP process runs for longer than the max_execution_time or max_input_time set in the PHP configuration on your server.
As for the server credentials please send us the FTP credentials of your site for more checking on this as well.
