There is a wp-json endpoint error reported on the console on the Rank Math dashboard that could be preventing the saving of the options. Please get in touch with your host so that they can help in fixing the server rewrite issue.

Thanks for the question.
It looks like the issue is only affecting the page sitemap the category sitemap works as expected. Please check the global robots meta to ensure that pages have not been set to noindex.
Additionally, please head over to Rank Math > Sitemaps and change the links per sitemap and hit save and also click save on the Settings > Permalinks page.
