Error 403 Forbidden [Instant Indexing]

    Hi I have this problem with the instant indexing.

    Error 403
    Forbidden

    but only when I choose the “IndexNow: Submit URL” option.

    If I try the Google: Publish/update URL button, then everything is fine. What am I doing wrong? the API is active, the I set the new user e-mail as owner. I don’t get it.

    Thank you for contacting Rank Math and bringing your concern to our attention. I’m sorry for any inconvenience this issue may have caused you.

    To fix this, make sure the service account is listed as Owner for the site in Search Console.

    Please follow the steps illustrated here to solve the issue:
    https://rankmath.com/blog/google-indexing-api/#num-6-2-403-permission-denied-failed-to-verify-the-url-ownership

    If the issue still persists, head over to Rank Math > Instant Indexing > IndexNow API settings > API Key > Change key

    Then, clear the website cache and try submitting URLs.
