It seems like you haven’t setup the plugin correctly.
You have entered the filename of the JSON file. You should instead paste the contents of that JSON file for it to work:
Please follow the guide correctly and make sure each step is correctly performed.
Also, I found you are using more than one SEO plugin. This is not recommended and might result in poor SEO results. Keep only Rank Math enabled and disable the RealTime SEO plugin.

But the page with the key request makes u to download the json copy And when i upload the jason copy it doesn’t take me to console page instant indexing
Where exactly i have to go to copy that json file content there is only key and file to download according to the steps thanks
can you please specify where can i contain the json content i dont see that anywhere all i see is a json file when i hit the key

Please download the file and use a text editor on your computer to open it and copy the contents of the .json file.
You can then copy this content to the field shown by my colleague above to fix this.
