    Thank you for contacting Rank Math and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

    It is likely that the service account is listed as Owner for the site in Search Console as shown below:

    If you don’t see it there, follow these steps:
    Screen 2

    On the next page, add the service account as an owner with the button:
    Screen 3

    Then, head back to the Search Console and refresh to confirm that the service account has been added correctly.

    This is very odd, it looks like you are following all the right steps. Could you please uninstall the plugin and perform a fresh install while doing all the steps once again?
