    Hello,

I am getting an “empty string” error when using the schema.org validator. Could this be something that you would be able to help me with? I have pasted a link to the validator data on the sensitive data area.

    Hello,

Thank you for contacting the support and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

I have checked the page with https://search.google.com/test/rich-results And the Location schema appears to be working.

The tool you are using is in the beta stage and may not reflect the correct results.

Hope that helps and please do not hesitate to let us know if you need our assistance with anything else.

    Hello,

I have updated the sensitive data as requested. Can you please check further?

    Thank you.

    Hello,

Thank you for the quick reply. When I check my blog pages by viewing the page source, there still seems to be one @type part which is missing a value. You can check it from the screenshot that I have added to the sensitive data.

me too same problem after last update

And to add. The structured data of my site also seems to be missing some values. The missing parts are: “name” and “address”. Added another screenshot to the sensitive data area.

we need update to fix problem

    Hello,

Thank you for keeping in touch with us and we deeply apologize for the issue you are facing.

We have just released a quick update for this issue. Please update your Rank Math Free plugin to the latest version to fix the problem.

Let us know how it goes. We are looking forward to helping you.

Thanks Jeremy. Did you have the time to check the second issue in the other screenshot that I posted? I got this tip from Google Search Community, where they said that the organization details are missing from the main content (as seen in the image).

    Hello,

Thank you for getting back to us.

Could you please check if you have appended the address of your Local SEO. This is where the Organization schema gets its data from. Please go to Rank Math > Titles & Meta > Local SEO and under your organization make sure that the address fields are populated.

Hope this helps. We are looking forward to helping you.
    Thank you.

Yep, all the local SEO information is correctly filled but for some reason they are missing from the schema.

Another thing that I am noticing is that RankMath keeps changing our website information from Small Business Site to Personal blog. This can be seen in the Setup Wizard. I think this changes each time when I publish a new blog post.

I have added login details to the sensitive data, I think you should take a look at the settings.

Not sure if the website information changes after publishing a new post but the information has already changed twice in the setup wizard today. Rank Math keeps automatically changing it from Small Business Website to Personal blog.

    Hello,

    Thank you for your reply.

I can see your website is currently set as a Small Business Website.

    See the screenshot:

Do let us know if it reverts to Personal blog.

Hope that helps and please do not hesitate to let us know if you need our assistance with anything else.

Thank you for the reply. I will check again on Monday when I’m back at work. I have also raised a separate thread for this.

How about the missing information (address and business name) in the schema? It shows up on one of the screenshots that I posted. I have all the details filled in local SEO but they are not showing up correctly in the schema.

    Hello,

    Thank you for your reply.

It appears to be fine here, and I have also checked with the google rich result tool. Please see the screenshot I have shared inside the sensitive data section.

There has to some cache issue, and Please try to flush your browser cache or try a different web browser.

I hope that helps, and please do not hesitate to let us know if you need our assistance with anything else.
