    Hello,

Thank you for contacting Rank Math and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

Would you mind sharing some more info on this issue? Are you trying to add the emojis on your post titles or somewhere else? Some screenshots would really help.

Looking forward to helping you. Thank you.

    Hi Joan,

As a follow up to my last reply, please grab the emojis you want to use from the Google SERPs as shown in this example https://i.mythemeshop.com/XdwBtd

This is an ideal method to ensure that a supported emoji is entered in the post title 🙂

    I hope this info helps!

    Hello,

    Thank you for the response.

Please note that it may take a few days for Google to crawl through your search results and reflect the changes made in the titles. I would suggest that you wait a bit and if the issue persists, please share some temporary access in the sensitive data section so that I can look into this.

Looking forward to helping you. Thank you.

It’s not something that Google has not indexed, the tool does not let me put emojis.

    Hello,

Good news! I have been able to fix the issue by editing the snippet on your site. I have added the emoji to the post title.

I hope this info helps. Thank you.

    Is it a temporary solution?

because I do not like to put emojis in the title of post, but in the title of the serps.

Your competitor Yoast allows it 😉

    Hello,

    Thank you for the response.

I have just tested this out on my local test site and the icon saves as expected when edited from the snippet preview and thus there could be something strange that is causing this on your end. Please share a new access token in the sensitive data section so that I can dig deeper into the issue, it looks like you have disbaled the previous access.

Looking forward to helping you. Thank you.

    Hello,

    Thank you for the access.

It looks like there is a conflict with one of your installed plugins / theme that is causing changes on the editor not to save. Could I have your permission to troubleshoot and isolate the culprit by deactivating all other installed plugins and switching to one of the stock WP themes?

Looking forward to helping you. Thank you.

    Hello,

We are extremely sorry but seems like when you enter an emoji – even the rest of the text you enter is not saved.

I have now assigned this to the lead developer and he will take a look.

Hopefully, we will get this out of your hair ASAP.

    Thank you.
