We are sorry but there is some issue on your website.
There is an SEO Insights tab I cannot get rid of even after disabling everything and switching to 2020 theme. I can’t even enable any plugins while health check is enabled.

Does it work with any other SEO plugin or did you not try that?

Looks like your Database collation doesn’t support saving emojis. Please contact your hosting team and ask them to add the support for saving emojis. That should fix the issue.
