emoji not supported

    Rank Math free

I opened a thread before and you told me its my website but I tried it on a different website aswell and rank math does not allow emojis in the title when I set it for a custom post type. 🏆 this is not working. I tried it with SEOPress and seopress allows this emoji. So it is clearly rankmath which is buggy here.

Can you check and offer a solution? hopefully soon

  • Hi,

Thanks for getting in touch with me.

I just tested it and it is working fine:

If that doesn’t work, we might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please include your WP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.
    Sensitive Data Section

It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:
    https://wordpress.org/plugins/temporary-login-without-password/

You can use the above plugin in conjunction with the WP Security Audit Log to monitor what changes our staff might make on your website (if any):

We really look forward to helping you.

    Hello,

I have updated the sensitive data as requested. Can you please check further?

    Thank you.

    Hi,

We are getting this while trying to access the site you provided:

Please suggest how we should login.

    Hi

this is probably a security feature of my host, did you try both sites?

    Hello,

It is from WordFence. We were able to login to the second website.

To verify that this is not a Rank Math issue but rather an issue with your web server and happens with all SEO plugins – we install Yoast on your website and this is what we see:
    https://i.rankmath.com/bl63VK

As you can see, it is not just Rank Math. Please check with your web host and see if your database support emojis in all tables.

    Hope that helps.

    Hello,

Since we did not hear back from you for 15 days, we are assuming that you found the solution. We are closing this support ticket.

If you still need assistance or any other help, please feel free to open a new support ticket, and we will be more than happy to assist.

    Thank you.
