    Hello,

    I still have more requests on the server, Rank math recommends not youse iframe codes. So can someone tell me about the links how is it better to add them incorporated from these two variants?

    1. Embed link like this: https://mixdrop.sx/e/7rde8evjs3pdq3
    2. Embed link like this: <iframe width=”600″ height=”480″ src=”//mixdrop.sx/e/7rde8evjs3pdq3″ scrolling=”no” frameborder=”0″ allowfullscreen=”true”></iframe>

    The second is with iframe code but I have no other choice available.

    It is not recommended to use embedded objects such as video iframes since this will hurt your SEO and give link juice to the site that you are embedding from.

    Hello,

    I work with external video hosts on my site and unfortunately, I have no way to integrate them on my site other than in embed mode. that seems like the only solution.
