    I’ve opened an account with my work email but I’d wish to make payment and upgrade through a group email. Is this possible without having to change my account and the integrations

Please open a ticket on our Rank Math Support Forum and provide the details of the email address you want to connect to your PRO account. Our support team will be able to assist you with this request.

    Thank you for your query, and we are so sorry about the trouble this must have caused.

    You will have to change your Rank Math Account Email Address.

    Please follow these steps:

    1 . Login to your Rank Math account at : https://rankmath.com/my-account/edit-account/

    2 . Then Scroll Down to the part where you can see your Email ID

    3 . Edit the Email ID

    4. Save Changes

    PLEASE NOTE :

    Once the email is changed we would suggest you to clear the transients at Rank Math > Status & Tools > Database Tools > Remove transients

    After that, you may try disconnecting and re-connecting Rank Math to see if that works for you.

    You can disconnect your account by navigating to WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Dashboard > Help and then simply disconnect the account by clicking on Disconnect Account.

    Once you’ve disconnected your Rank Math account, you can connect it again in the same settings. In order to connect your correct account, click on Connect Now.

    Once you click on Connect Now, please ensure that you’ve selected the correct account and then click on OK, Activate Now.

    I don’t want to change my email account, I just want to use a different email to make payment.

    Hello,

    In this case, you can use that email to purchase the subscription.

    Once done, reconnect your website/s to the new account so you can use the paid Rank Math features:

    So you mean I can put that extra email when making the payment and then when I am done I can add the email to the PRO account and still get to keep my original account and integrations?

    Remember I don’t want to remove the account I am currently using, I just want to use an additional email to make payment

    In this case you can try buying the the PRO plan using this account from this page https://rankmath.com/offer/ and change the email id manually in the FastSpring payment form.
