Hi,
Elementor worked fine until I installed RM. Now the Elementor Update button appears Green when I open a page.
Also, the button goes green again after being clicked.
I see no error messages.
The server has plenty of memory/resources so that shouldn’t be the problem.
Thanks

I should have mentioned I’ve done the Deactivate all plugins and themes test and it’s definitely RM causing the issue.
Thanks
Hello,
Thank you for contacting Rank Math today.
Could you provide us some screenshot or even better, a video, so we can understand better the issue you are facing?
Looking forward to helping you. Thank you.

Hello,
I have created a local installation trying to replicate your error but my update button only goes green when I do some change in the page, as you can see in the following screencast: https://i.rankmath.com/xUQWsh
Assuming you are using the latest version of all the plugins and the themes (please update if not yet), it could be a conflict with one of the plugins or the theme you are using.
To determine that, please follow this troubleshooting guide:
https://rankmath.com/kb/check-plugin-conflicts/Please let us know if you find the culprit.
Only the site admin would know and your users won’t be affected by this troubleshooting.
Looking forward to helping you.
Hi Alberto,
When everything is disabled bar Elementor and Elementor Pro, no conflict. If I then enable RM the conflict appears.
Interestingly, if I leave Elementor and RM enabled but disable Elementor Pro the conflict remains.

PS:
Your article is a bit weird:(a) If you have don’t see the issue, then your theme is conflicting with Rank Math.
(b) If not, then the theme is not causing issues with Rank Math. Continue to the next step
Hello,
Thanks for the reply.
We might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.
It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:
https://wordpress.org/plugins/temporary-login-without-password/
You can use the above plugin in conjunction with the WP Security Audit Log to monitor what changes our staff might make on your website (if any):
https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-security-audit-log/
We really look forward to helping you.
Hello,
I have updated the sensitive data as requested. Can you please check further?
Thank you.
Hello,
The WP logins are not working.
Can you please verify the credentials by testing them in an incognito first?
Let us know so we can help.
Hi,
The login details are correct.
Please try again.
Thanks
SteveHI Stephen,
Thanks for the follow up.
Unfortunately the logins don’t work for me too.
Could you please create a temporary login token instead using https://wordpress.org/plugins/temporary-login-without-password/
We are looking forward to helping you. Thank you.
Hi,
I don’t like installing plugin after plugin just to get support.
The site is very basic, new and just a few pages, and only uses a trusted theme and plugins.
I don’t see what the problem is. The login page is the default WP login page and the login details I’ve given you work.

I’ve done what you asked and established RM is at fault. You suggest RM settings are the issue? If thats the case and you can’t log in, what settings could be the cause please?
Ahh….
Something odd is happening. You form removed some characters from the password.
Yep, I tested it and your form removes 3 characters from the pw.

which come directly after the 79

No Dice!
It is still not working for me.
This is precisely why we ask for a temp login link instead of logins.
Please check the instructions here so we can avoid this back and forth and help you get rid of the issue ASAP.
