Assuming you are using the latest version of all the plugins and the themes (please update if not yet), it would seem like a conflict with one of the plugins or the theme you are using.

Ok, I’ve done troubleshouting. Changing theme + activating only Elementor, elementor pro & rank math. Still not working

I’ve checked the filter, and it seems that you have added it incorrectly in your theme’s functions.php file. The filter should be added at the last line.
You can now access the SEO settings from your template pages. If it’s still not showing on your end, please clear your website and browser’s cache.
