Elementor Template pages

Hello,

I am using ELementor Single Product Templates to create content for all of my WooCommerce Products to have better control over the content, images and styling of the Product page.

However, Rank Math can not recognise the Headings or contents. or internal links I have mentioned in my Template.

These are the suggestions from Rank Math:
i) Focus Keyword not found in subheading(s) like H2, H3, H4, etc..
ii) It is recommended to add the focus keyword as part of one or more subheadings in the content.
iii) Keyword Density is 33.33 which is high, the Focus Keyword and combination appears 1 times. There is no ideal keyword density percentage, but it should not be too high. The most important thing is to keep the copy natural.
iv) Add internal links in your content.

Could you please tell me 2 things:
1. How can I find out whether my content in Template is SEO friendly or not?
2. Since, I am using template for Product pages, will my Product pages be still indexed correctly in search engine?

Do I make sense?
