Can you please update the PHP values to the recommended values and see if that fixes the issue?
You can contact your web host and ask them to set the following values:
PHP Memory Limit: 512M
Max input time: 150
PHP time limit: 120
Also, 5xx errors are usually caused due to server misconfiguration or other server issues.
Can you please share the error log with us?
Having the error log file will give a clear idea of why this might be happening and if this is something related to Rank Math.

I have updated the server settings but the problem hasn’t been resolved. I will wait a little if things miraculously clear up and otherwise I will chase after the error log. Thanks.
