  • Hello, we apologize for the inconvenience you are facing with the error message “Either ‘offers’, ‘review’, or ‘aggregateRating’ should be specified.”

Based on the error message you provided, it seems like the issue is related to the Schema data for the product “SN.04 – Woven Laundry Basket” on your website.

To resolve this error, you need to ensure that either the ‘offers’, ‘review’, or ‘aggregateRating’ fields are specified in the Schema markup for this product.

Since you have already enabled the “Remove Snippet Data” option in Rank Math SEO, and cleared the cache, but the issue persists, you may need to manually add the necessary Schema data to the product page.

If you are using WooCommerce, you can follow these steps to add the required Schema data:

    1. Go to the product edit page in your WordPress dashboard.
    2. Scroll down to the Rank Math meta box.
    3. Click on the Schema tab.
    4. Add the ‘offers’, ‘review’, or ‘aggregateRating’ data as needed for the product.

If you are still facing difficulties after following these steps, please provide more details or screenshots of the specific settings or configurations related to this product so that we can assist you further.

Thank you for reaching out, and we are here to help you resolve this issue.

I just ran a rich snippet text for that product and there seems to be no issue with it. The problem is on the product category pages here: https://wovenheritagebasket.com/product-category/woven-storage-baskets/floor-baskets/

moreover when i click the product name it take me to the product cat page.

I also do not think the product schema for the product category page has been turned off, i just ran a test and it still shows that a product schema is being used.

Still waiting for a response please.
