Edit and redirection is not working

Hai,
We have been using your Math rank SEo plugin which is good, Recently we found that redirections were not working, when i tried to edit the page edit page redirection itself is not opening.
Can you please and help us to resolve this. I tried to fix the problem with following article but it doesnt help us.

I cannot even find where to do a redirect in edit. Can you tell me please?

Hello,

Thank you for contacting Rank Math and bringing your concern to our attention. I’m sorry for the delay and for any inconvenience this issue may have caused you.

It seems like your site has already been set to redirect with www; that’s why it’s getting redirected too many times. Could you deactivate the redirection in Rank Math and check if it works?
