E_ERROR Fatal error from theme or plugin

    Hi,
    I received below email from WP. According to my hoster (raidboxes.de) this is a plugin issue. As well the theme developer (Flothmes) asked me to open a ticket by the plugin Developer. Below error message.

    The SEO Analyis function can’t be accessed and instead a error message “Die Website hat technische Schwierigkeiten. Bitte prüfe das E-Mail-Postfach des Website-Administrators, um dort weitere Anweisungen zu finden.” is stated.

    As such what do do ?

    Seit WordPress 5.2 gibt es eine eingebaute Funktion, die erkennt, wenn ein Plugin oder ein Theme einen fatalen Fehler auf deiner Website verursacht, und dich deswegen mit dieser automatisierten E-Mail benachrichtigt.

    In diesem Fall hat WordPress einen Fehler in einem deiner Plugins, Rank Math SEO, abgefangen.

    Besuche zunächst deine Website (https://www.tobiasschnurrfotografie.de/) und überprüfe sie auf sichtbare Probleme. Besuche als nächstes die Seite, auf der der Fehler aufgetreten ist (https://www.tobiasschnurrfotografie.de/wp-admin/admin.php?page=rank-math-seo-analysis) und prüfe, ob es sichtbare Probleme gibt.

    Bitte kontaktiere dein Hosting-Unternehmen, um Unterstützung bei der weiteren Untersuchung dieses Problems zu erhalten.

    The feedback from support to delete it with https://support.rankmath.com/ticket/seo-analyser-doesnt-work/

    failed because there is no “rm_” entry. As such please login to my site as I provided the necessary details.

    Hi Tobias,

    Thanks for getting back to us.

    Your database is using a custom table prefix “JoENB”, this entry is saved in JoENBoptions. I have gone ahead and deleted this entry and the SEO analysis is now working as expected.

    Hi Tobias,

    No this is nothing to worry about, I was just letting you know the reason why you could not find the table before in your database.

    The SEO analysis should now be working as expected but should the issue pop up again, you can check this table.
