Hello,
I apologize for the issue you are facing with Rank Math and Google Site Kit causing duplication in Google Search Console and breaking the Site Kit connection on your sites.
When using both Rank Math and Google Site Kit, conflicts can arise due to overlapping features. Rank Math integrates with Google services like Search Console and Analytics, similar to what Site Kit does. This overlap can lead to issues like the duplication you are experiencing.
To address this problem, we recommend the following steps:
-
Limiting Number of Active Plugins: Having multiple plugins for the same tasks can impact your site’s performance. It’s advisable not to use more than one SEO plugin. Since Rank Math offers similar features to Site Kit, consider deactivating one of them to avoid conflicts.
-
Disabling Rank Math’s Analytics Module: If you prefer to continue using both plugins, you can disable Rank Math’s Analytics module. This action will prevent conflicts by avoiding duplicate queries and data requests from Google services.
If you need further assistance or have any questions about using Rank Math, please feel free to contact our support team. We are here to help you resolve this issue.
Thank you for bringing this concern to our attention. Let us know if you need any more help.
Best regards.

Hello,
Thank you for contacting us and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.
Please note that our plugin is only compatible with the URL prefix properties and it doesnât fully support fetching data from domain properties (sc-domain:yourdomain.com). Also, the IndexStatus feature doesnât work with it.
So, you’ll have to connect with the URL prefix property instead of the domain property. Here’s how you can properly connect your Google account with Rank Math: https://rankmath.com/kb/connect-your-google-account/
Regarding the Google Site Kit issue, could you please confirm if it is only occurring because of the Rank Math plugin? You can temporarily disable the Rank Math on your website and then try to connect your Google Site Kit again and see if that works for you.
Don’t worry, you’ll not lose any of your Rank Math settings as they are saved on your database.
Let us know how it goes. Looking forward to helping you.
Thank you.
