We’re not certain why Elementor is adding a duplicate title to your HTML, but we’re certain the issue is from the Elementor plugin – deactivating the plugin removes the duplicate title. Please reach out to the Elementor team here for help removing the duplicate title.

Alternatively, since you’re using Elementor for your site pages, we’d suggest you activate the Elementor-created Hello Theme, then set up the theme settings like this. We have implemented this on your end and that has resolved the issue.
