  • Hello,

Thank you for contacting Rank Math. We are sorry for any inconvenience caused.

Please can you share your website URL with us so we can be able to check and assist you further?

Yes, the site is here https://wed-yacare-tawa.instawp.xyz/
Is there an email I can use for you guys to give access?

    Hello,

    Thank you for your patience.

We’ve checked the homepage, but we’re unable to replicate the duplicate site tags. Could you please confirm which tag/meta tag are you referring to?

Meanwhile, you can use s******@r*********** email address for your website’s access.

You can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:

    https://wordpress.org/plugins/temporary-login-without-password/

You can use the above plugin in conjunction with the WP Security Audit Log to monitor what changes our staff might make on your website (if any):

We really look forward to helping you.

Also I am relaying this information from my clients marketing team. The ID is G-1X0XQRMB4F. I am being told that there are two tags showing on the site. For some reason there are two tags appearing on the site that are not related to my client. We have no idea where the other is and how to remove it.

    Hello,

    Thank you for your patience.

Upon checking your site, you have not connected it to your Google account, so the duplicate tag you mentioned is not coming from Rank Math.

You can confirm if the code is installed or not by checking your Google Analytics account or using this tool:
    https://tagassistant.google.com/

Please navigate to Google Tag Manager > Workspace > Tags and check if you can see any Google Analytics tags there. If you can, please remove it.

    Hope that helps.

    Hello,
