I tried to open /tota_monirc/, but it’s redirecting to the wp-admin page. Could you please tell us if all the pages showing without canonical are under the same directory?
Did you create the directory manually from the file manager?

I am using the wp hide plugin. So the user name has redirected to tota_monirc. Recently I have changed the theme template. Previously my site score was 97. One thing I noticed there was bot traffic a couple of days back. All the pages now showing login directory

After inspecting the source code of your website, it looks like your login link is throwing the URL of your admin panel.
See the screenshot link I have shared inside the sensitive data section.
Since the login link already has nofollow tag, Your SEO will not affect by it.
