If your AMP plugin is already adding the Canonical tag to your AMPs, please disable the option from Rank Math at WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Dashboard.
If the AMP module is disabled already, please enable it and check again.
If neither of these helps, please get in touch with your AMP plugin provider and ask them how to disable the canonical tag from your AMP plugin for showing in the source code.

I disable RANKMATH AMP sup, and it solved. However, when I enable it appear again.
I don’t know what RANKMATH do for AMP SEO, is it fine to disable AMP option in RANKMATH ?
And recently google said the canonical tag should be original page but not amp page, but RANKMATH create canonical to AMP page.
