We checked and you purchased the PRO subscription of Rank Math from this account on April 29, 2021. As this subscription was not renewed, it expired on April 29, 2022, and that is the reason why you’re unable to update the plugin.
In this case, you can purchase a new subscription to activate all the PRO features and benefits along with the latest updates of the plugin: https://rankmath.com/pricing
With that said, could you confirm if you purchased another subscription on 09 Sep 2021? If yes, it seems like you purchased the plugin with some other email address.
