Coming back to your query, You can download the PRO plugin from your registered account using which you bought Rank Math Pro plugin:

After downloading and ensuring that you have the PRO plugin activated, please head over to WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Dashboard > Help and click the connect button on the new site. You will be taken to RankMath.com, where you can connect your account to activate your PRO license. Please make sure that you log in to the Rank Math website with the same email you used to buy the plugin.
