Downgraded but Purchased via Fastspring

    Hello,

    It seems that I was downgraded, but I already paid via Fastspring twice and the first one was refunded.

    Refund details: Payment received from FastSpring
    25 November 2023 at 4:28:45 AM GMT+8Transaction ID: 2PF86901G08923024 $59.00 USD

    The second one is still pending or might be refunded in the future.

    Another payment pending or has an issue:

    Payment sent to FastSpring
    10 November 2023 at 7:18:50 PM GMT+8Transaction ID: 7AD10993AR8600115 -$59.00 USD

    Can I just use another method and pay it directly without FastSpring with the special price of $59 USD

    But it is still on fastspring, maybe it will cause trouble again. I think I will wait for the purchase to go through. Or can you do something about it? why my payment was not accepted?

    We have partnered with FastSpring and they take care of payments for us.

    Please ensure that your payment method supports the following:

    Payments in USD $
    Supports subscription-based payments
    You are not using a prepaid card
    International payments are turned on
    Your IP is not a Proxy, or you are using any VPN or hosting service

    If everything from the above is enabled and working, you can also try using a credit card instead.

    You can also call your bank and ask what’s stopping the payment from going through and request them to approve it on your end.
