    We respect your choice but downgrading is not possible at the moment. You can cancel your current subscription by following the steps illustrated in this tutorial:

    This way you won’t be charged automatically on your next renewal date.

    Yes please proceed to the refund process and cancel my subscription. The date of renewal was today (April 11) but my payment method was not valid so there was no payment. That’s perfect because I did not want to renew this year.

    Please proceed to downgrade me to the free plan

    We cannot issue a refund because it’s already been over a year.

    Now, we have successfully canceled your subscription, and you won’t get billed for its renewal.

    Just for my full understanding, which subscription have you canceled? The one started yesterday (11 April 24) for 1 year or the next one starting in one year?
    Because I have received notifications yesterday saying that my payment method was refused yesterday to proceed to the renewal of my yearly subscription

    We canceled the only subscription that was associated with this account which started on April 11th, 2022 and it was renewing every year on the same day.

    This year this subscription payment never went through so the last payment relative to this was last year on April 11th.
