We are sorry a downgrade is not possible at the moment as that option is not available with our payment partners – FastSpring.
You can cancel the automatic subscriptions by following this guide:

This way you will not be billed on the renewal date and will be able to subscribe to your preferred plan.

Once I cancel my subscription, Am i able to use my plan until the end of this billing cycle as it has been paid already

You can use your subscription till the next renewal date. The only difference is that you will not be automatically billed for a renewal.
