    Hi,

    I made a mistake and accidentaly doubled my subscription to rank maths (I meant to get AI creits). WOuld it be possible to refund me the additional subscription?

    We checked your account under i***@m******************* and we can see that you purchased only one subscription, Rank Math PRO with free 15-days Content AI plan.

    Rank Math PRO (all license types) comes with a FREE 15-day Content AI Trial. This is mentioned on the pricing page as well:

    Please note that Content AI plans differ from our Rank Math PRO subscription. If you intend to use the Content AI, please purchase from here: https://rankmath.com/content-ai/#pricing

    After that, if you don’t want to keep your PRO subscription, please revert back to us here so we can refund it for you.

    It’s double as in we already have a pro subscription but under a different email. this is the payment refference for the other one

    As requested, we have initiated a refund on your requested transaction. You should see a credit for the refund appear on your credit card statement anytime between now and the next 5 to 7 business days.

    If you used a debit card for the payment, the refund might take up to 30 days to appear on your statement. Please note that refunds for international transactions can take up to 10 days to appear for credit cards or up to 60 days for debit cards.

    For PayPal, it’s always almost instant.

    As of the month date, you won’t be able to access those PRO files in the member area on Rank Math.
