Don’t see my Content AI Subscription I just purchased tied to my account

    Hi,

    I don’t see my conetent AI credits or subscription I just purchased tied to my account so Ican’t access my credits. How does this work. Should they not just show up in any site I have actively linked with Rank math to respective websites.

    We can see that the Content AI Starter badge is already appearing on your profile.

    If you’re unable to see the credits or the subscription on your Rank Math account, please try to log out and log in again to your account or you can try in the incognito mode of your browser.

    Once done, please make sure that your websites are connected to your Rank Math account, and after that, please try to refresh the credits from your WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > General Settings > Content AI and see if that works for you. Here’s a screenshot for reference:

    I see the issie now. I must have two Rank Math Accounts and I purchased the credits under thew wrong account which is just has one websire linked ww,mainstreetttravelvactions.com and is for a Free Rank math Account. The credits should ahve been purchased for the account with user name brucebosland1 with the email address of b***********@n************** App Key 9a3813e96876dd4b19f0024917d51226

    Is there anyway you can transfer thew credits to this account? If not can you issue me a refund and they I will purchase them from within the correct account.
