    I tried to disable different plugins – it did not help. Moreover, the screenshot shows that for the title The rule has worked, but for description it is not. For category pages, no title or description works.

    Thanks for the follow up.

    I have just installed WP health check plugin and this issue does not replicate when all other plugins are deactivated and while running one of the stock WP themes.

    Please test this out from your end using this plugin.
