I checked your site and the pagination was not working because the Remove Category Base option was enabled in the WP Dashboard > General Settings > WooCommerce
I have disabled it and now the pagination works fine. It seems like the Remove Category Base option is not compatible with your site so please keep it disabled.

Thanks for getting back.
You can change that from WP Dashboard > Settings > Permalinks. There you will an option to set the Product Category base. You can set whatever you want there to display in place of danh-muc-san-pham in the URL.

Thank you for the follow-up, and sorry for the delay.
I’ve checked your site, and it seems that the /danh-muc-san-pham/ is a default category in your product category archives pages. To get rid of that, I’ve enabled the Remove category base in Rank Math > General Settings > WooCommerce
Now your new URL would be:
https://new.newtechshop.vn/surface/surface-book/

Upon debugging your website I was able to find out the issue. The translation of the string “page” in your URL was causing the redirection. After removing the translation and let WordPress control the URL you can now scroll to different pages easily.
I also enabled the option my colleague mentioned to remove the “product-category” from the slug.
It seems that on your website the translation of the word “page” is not working as it redirects to products pages.
Also, your Polylang Pro plugin is outdated, so I would recommend that you update as the newer update might already solve this kind of issue.
