The plugin WPML can’t be used to translate those strings as it can’t find them. The purpose of that plugin is to translate the content of your website and not plugins or themes.
For that purpose, you need a plugin like Loco Translate that can find all the strings from the plugin to translate.

Actually no, you can also translate strings from the plugins with WPML as I did for a lot of my plugins. And if you had watched the video, you have seen that I can find Rank Math strings with WPML.
So if I can find some of the strings but not others, it does mean that WPML should work with your plugin.
Could you please check it out again? I was using another plugin before for SEO where everything was working fine but I changed to RankMath as it seems to have better features. However if I cannot translate it, I will have to revert to the SEO plugin I used previously.

In that case, WPML should have translated everything on its own.
Since the WPML for SEO glue plugin has been installed already. Please head over to the Update page of your WordPress dashboard (WordPress > Dashboard > Updates) and click the Update Translations:
After that, clear your page caches and see if the translations are updated.

I did find new strings when updating to the latest RankMath update, but still the same issues as before:
1. Lots of fields are not translatable (not found in WPML strings at all even after rescanning all plugins and theme)
2. Or they are translated in WPML strings but not shown in the front end (translated in all text domains but still not shown -> dokan/dokan-lite/rank-math/wordpress-seo)
Any idea if the issues lies with RankMath, Dokan or WPML?

What to do here depends on the language you’re trying to translate to. Rank Math is translated into some languages, you can find the full list here.

Hello Great, yes I know how to translate theme, plugin and website content with WPML and indeed I did all of the known technics before contacting you and Dokan’s team.
But there is clearly an issue with some strings which are either translated in WPML but not shown in front end or that are not foundable/translatable at all with WPML. If you watch the video of this ticket, you can see that indeed I did try these steps without success.
Which is why I am keep asking, where the issue lies, is it in Rankmath code or in Dokan code?
According to WPML, my settings are correct and I followed the steps needed so I should be able to see the translated strings in front end (for the ones that are indeed trasnlated) and be able to find the others to translate them. And so I am in contact with RankMath and Dokan to understand where the issue lies, and who can fix it?
If not I can revert to the previous plugin I used for SEO and which did not have any issues with translation nor with Dokan plugin.
Please advise me so I can move forward and take action according to.

We have investigated the issue you raised and found that the Rank Math meta box and Snippet Editor are both being translated on the normal WordPress dashboard, indicating that the translation for those strings exists.
However, it appears that Dokan is either not loading or not seeing the translation, or WPML is not loading the translation on your Dokan edit product screen. We do not believe that this is an issue with our plugin. Nevertheless, if you think otherwise, please let us know what we can do to help.
Please note that Rank Math does not control the translation of your website or your Dokan dashboard. We make the translation available in our plugin, and then WordPress or a translation plugin makes it available in the right places.
If the translation is working correctly on your default WordPress dashboard and edit product screen, it means that it exists. Therefore, if it is not showing on the Dokan frontend product editor, we suggest that you speak to Dokan or WPML. You should let them know that the translation for the same strings is functioning correctly in WordPress but is not showing on the Dokan frontend product editor.
