    Assuming you are using the latest version of all the plugins and the themes (please update if not yet), it would seem like a conflict with one of the plugins or the theme you are using.

    To determine that, please follow this troubleshooting guide:

    Only the site admin would know and your users won’t be affected by this troubleshooting.

    Hi, thanks for the quick reply. Since it’s a newish site, deactivating the plugins wasn’t a problem but I still have the same issue with the plugins deactivated (although I kept Dokan, Woocommerce and Rank Math because these are the three involved.)

    So, it’s not working on a default theme with just Dokan, Dokan Pro, Woocommerce and Rank Math installed. The drop down is just empty.

    It is there in the back end of Woocommerce if I were to edit a product but with Dokan the Vendors don’t access the back end.

    There are two issues on your website and one is originating from your server configuration that is set to nosniff and it’s preventing the CSS files from being loaded correctly.

    However, even if we bypass that there’s also the fact that the Dokan plugin loads on the frontend, and we load our scripts and stylesheets with the hook admin_enqueue_scripts which only loads the files on the backend.

    Because of this, any plugin that tries to load our files in the frontend for the SEO Metabox will fail.
