The Google product rating is something we can’t control. It all depends on Google, although you need to enable the product review schema inside your product post so that Google will get the rating from your website.
Reviews for the product are aggregated from third-party review sites. It’s all done using globally unique product identifiers such as GTINs or other metadata information such as SKU, Brand + MPN pairs, etc.
