1. No, Rank Math generates the robots.txt virtually so you don’t need any physical robots.txt in your website’s root directory. If Rank Math detects that you have physical robots.txt in your website root directory, Rank Math will not generate a virtual robots.txt file.
2. This is actually the same as robots.txt, Rank Math generates the sitemap pages virtually and you don’t have to upload a physical one in your website’s root directory.

One more last question
What about that Case if we upload by mistake both file on root folder,
And now I am gonna delete them both file after your explaining, then did rankmath regenerate virtual files for both or not?

Yes, once you delete the physical robots.txt and sitemap file from the root folder of your site, then Rank Math will automatically generate the virtual files for both of them.
