Divi – cannot get ai tool to display

Please check the PHP values of your site by going to WordPress dashboard > Tools > Site Health > Info tab > Server. These values affect the performance of your site and they should be set at least to the following recommendations:

PHP Memory Limit: 512M
Max input time: 150
PHP time limit: 120
PHP max input variables: 1000

If any of these values are lower than the recommended ones, please contact your hosting provider and ask them to increase them for you.

if the issue persists or the values are already higher than the recommended we might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.

I followed this guide and it seems that the issue is caused by this plugin called “WP Travel”.

If you deactivate that plugin, the issue is now resolved.

Please contact the support folks from WP Travel and see if this could be resolved by them as the conflict is caused by their plugin.
