I’m sorry but this is not the solution I was searching for, what I meant is, how can I show all the customterms of a taxonomy with limit and separator in seo metabox. Like this one below but not for wp core tag, I want it to be a custom taxonomy:

Thank you for getting back to us.
This depends on how you have set up your CPT taxonomies. I have just created a simple CPT with the same plugin and used the same format of the variable used on the normal WordPress posts types.
The result is the same only that the changes will take effect once the page loads. You can view the page source to see the actual meta title/description.
Therefore in this case I have used the variable %categories(limit=2 & separator = | & exclude= 1, 30)% on a post CPT that has 4 categories and limited it to show 2 and excluded the other two using their respective IDs.

This will depend on how you have linked your taxonomies. In this case, taxonomies being used seems to be from normal WP posts as shown in that plugin’s CPT settings here: https://i.rankmath.com/XTaGoV.
Could you be having the same setup. If so you can as well use that variable for your meta tags sections.
