  • Hello,

I apologize for the inconvenience you are facing with the robots.txt rules. It seems like there might be an issue with the rules you have in place.

To allow access to specific directories like /wp-admin/ while disallowing others, you can use the following rules:

    User-agent: *
    Disallow: /wp-admin/
    Allow: /wp-admin/admin-ajax.php
    Sitemap: yoursite.com/sitemap_index.xml

Make sure that the rules are correctly set up in your robots.txt file. If you are still facing issues with access, please double-check the rules and ensure they are correctly configured.

If the problem persists, feel free to assign this ticket to a human agent for further assistance. Thank you for bringing this to our attention.

    Hello,

Your robots.txt directives will not determine the access of your wp-admin or the database. Can you please confirm if you are having issues accessing them?

If so, please share an error log or contact your hosting provider to help you get temporary access to your database or your website admin dashboard.

    Looking forward to helping you.
