We really appreciate the feedback on this one. In regards to the issue, this interstitial page is only visible to administrators when they are logged in and normal site visitors are redirected without any delays.
Please note that you can also disable this by heading over to Rank Math > General Settings > Redirections > Debug Redirections and turn this option off.
