    Hi,

I’m a unable to disable module using the toggle in advance settings. A spinning appears indefinitly and if i refresh the page, the module is still enabled.

I noticed a bug saving main keyword in new articles since few days, that why i wanted to toggle off some unused modules like analytics.

    Can you help?

    The website is 2tout2rien.fr

    Thanks in advance.

  • Hello,

Thank you for contacting Rank Math and bringing your concern to our attention. I’m sorry for any inconvenience this issue may have caused you.

In this case, please check if you are using a Firewall as it may prevent saving the changes.

If you are using a Firewall, please whitelist this route:
    /wp-json/rankmath/v1/saveModule

You can check this link for more information:
    https://rankmath.com/kb/meta-data-not-saving/#firewall

Let us know how this goes.

    Thank you.

Thank you for your help but wordfence doesn’t seem to block the route.

    /wp-json/rankmath/v1/saveModule gives:

    {“code”:”rest_no_route”,”message”:”Aucune route correspondante \u00e0 l\u2019URL et \u00e0 la m\u00e9thode de requ\u00eate n\u2019a \u00e9t\u00e9 trouv\u00e9e.”,”data”:{“status”:404}}

But when i try /wp-json/ i got content, so REST API seems working.

Note that I’m using Rank Math for months and I did’nt have any trouble before.

Note also that i tried the database tools but i have the message :

“Aucune route correspondante à l’URL et à la méthode de requête n’a été trouvée.”

Meaning that no route was found…

    Any other solution?

My bad, my htaccess was addind a trailing slash.

    regards
