I am afraid that Google extracts the post date from the post content and thus it is not possible for an SEO plugin to control this. The feature that you have highlighted in Yoast only removes the post date from the preview and not the SERP result.
I can suggest that you reach out to your theme author and seek some help in disabling the display of the post date on the page template.

Thank You for your prompt response but it is because of Rand Math when I view page source data. I am leaving here the screenshot of the page source and a website link. It is schema added for post published date and modified date but I am not sure that schema is added by Rank Math or the Theme providers.
