disable amp on tags

    I’m getting 3 search console errors on one of the tag pages.

    The tag ‘tspan’ may only appear as a descendant of tag ‘svg’.
    The tag ‘text’ may only appear as a descendant of tag ‘svg’.
    The tag ‘g’ may only appear as a descendant of tag ‘svg’.

    I wouldn’t mind just disable amp on that tag page but don’t see the option to do that under General like on categories and posts?

    Hello,

    Thank you for contacting Rank Math, and sorry for any inconvenience caused.

    The disable option is available in the AMP plugin you are using, but it will disable AMP on all the tags.

    For example, in AMP for WP plugin, you get that option at AMP > General
    amp

    Hi thanks for that, but I’m using the AMP option from my theme and it doesn’t have the disable tags option.

    Rank Math has disable amp option for posts pages and categories, would you please consider having that option for tags as well in the next version. Thanks.

    For now, please contact your theme and see if it’s possible to exclude specific post types and categories for the AMP option. They may be able to help you with that.
