I have just visited the listing page and the registration form works as expected with Rank Math plugin activated as you can see from the screenshot attached to the sensitive data section.

Thanks for the follow up.
The code should not be added to the page editor but in your functions.php file, the code also needs to be customized to remove the tabs. I have removed this code from the page editor and the listing page still works.
